To ensure the highest-quality images and a smooth photography experience, please have the property fully cleaned, staged, and ready prior to my arrival. Whenever possible, I recommend that the listing agent and/or homeowner be present during the shoot. This allows us to discuss key features of the property and align expectations for the final images.

1. Enhance Your Home's Curb Appeal
First impressions matter, and exterior photos are often the first images potential buyers will see.
Mow and trim the lawn if needed.
